These materials, containing silicon, electrically non – conductive but with high heat transfering features and in compliance with Flame Retardant UL 94 V-0 standard, have been using by the most important telecommunications and electronics companies to transfer thermal energy, inside electronic package groups as well as on printed circuit boards and in the relative power supply units, from hot components to heat sinks. The special composition of these high-malleable materials enables the application on irregular and non-parallel surfaces, thanks also to their standard thickness ranges, which vary from 0.2 to 5.0 mm. Silta has been producing thermal-conductive materials in sheets and/or in cut-to-size parts against the customer drawings and ready for the component final assembling on all raw material types available on market.
